Maybelline Colossal Mascara

I used to be a Lancome loyalist. Being in my last year of college and overwhelmed with law school application fees has left me unable to shell out the $20 for the mascara I love most.

At the suggestion of a friend, I picked up the $6 tube of Maybelline Colossal mascara about a week ago.

It took some getting used to because I was so spoiled by Lancome, but once I mastered the new fatter and shorter brush, my lashes became plumper and longer than before. Maybe it’s just my eyes, but I think I like their shade of black better than my old French brand.

My bank account thanked me for the $14 save.
